I would like to password protect some of my pages for special users who will have the password.
What is the best way to do this? |

You can keep User table with usernames and passwords in a database and then authenticate against it whenever somebody tries to access certain page.
Also you can use the built-in ASP.NET authentication capabilities. _________________ Peter

I guess my question is now to you prevent someone without the password from viewing the page? Is that part of the built-in ASP security? |

You'll have a clause in your function that says if the password is wrong then they are not allowed access.
You'll also need to set cookie and/or session variables for this to work properly. |
