| I am confused about asp programming and asp.net programming. Are they the same thing? If they are different is one old that people do not use anymore? I think I have been testing asp.net but I see this forum and am not sure what the difference is. |

ASP and ASP.NET are 2 different technologies. ASP.NET is the successor of the classic ASP, but ASP.NET is built on the .NET framework and it has more capabilities than ASP.
All in one ASP.NET is much better choice than ASP.

Ah so ASP.net is like the next generation of ASP?
Is there any reason to use regular ASP if you never used it before? |
