How much would cost me to lease a dedicated Windows 2003 server? I know that the price for the dedicated server depends on the server specs and features, but I'm on a very tight budget, so if you can help me, it will be greatly appreciated. |

If you'd like something a little cheaper, but less powerful than a dedicated server, have a look at PowerVPS. They offer Windows VPS (Virtual Private Servers). I have a number of Linux VPSs with them, their support is amazing and the speed of the servers is pretty good, too.

Thanks guys.
I'm not sure if I need managed dedicated server. How complicated is it going to be if I decide to manage it by myself? |

Hi Jon,
Do you have any experience with Windows Server management, because it can get pretty complicated at times? _________________ World Countries | Survival Skills |

I don't have any Windows management experience. Is this hard to learn? Can you recommend any books or online resources for Windows server management?
Thanks,
Jon |

That's why I suggested a VPS. It's much easier to deal with than a dedicated server, as you don't have to manage it yourself. The server itself is managed by the company, you're just responsible for your own piece of it - the VPS. |

How many VPS accounts does your hosting company put per server?
