server execute

Hi,
I try to use the server execute method .
It works as long as the calling asp page is at url.
But..
I call an asp page from javascript page and I try to
start the the called asp from this asp , and I always
receive null as result ??
Can you help me !!

Will that work in an XP Pro environment as well? I see it is denoted under 2000 help.
