Unable to Register DLL : "DLLRegisterServer no entry po

Hello.
I created a C# class in dot net and complied and in turn a DLL was created in the Bin Folder of the the C# Class. I tried to register this DLL with the regsvr32 xxx.dll , but an error was shown "DLLRegisterServer Entry point was not found"

i saw quite a few people have come across similar errors but i did not come across any possible solution, so i am posting this message with a hope that someone with greater knowledge will take some time out to post a solution.

I set the "Register for COM Interop" property of the project to true and built the DLL, but still no luck Sad

I found someone with a similar problem. Are you using VB.Net?
