JavaScript popup with dimensions of an image

Hello

I have written a simple ASP/database driven image gallery web application, but I need some help with JavaScript.

When the user clicks one of the thumbnails in my gallery, I open the full image in a new windows with JavaScript. My problem is that I don't know
what are the image's dimensions, before I open the JavaScript popup, hence I don't know what dimensions do I need for my popup.

In short I need a JavaScript function that opens a popup with dimensions depending on the image's size.

Any ideas?
