It's a kids website basically but i used it when i beginning to learn HTML. It's a wonderful free site with helpful tips. I believe she even helps people personally solve things. I know college students who still refer to her site for help |

This site has a very basic tutorial. If you need something more advanced it won't work for you...

Agreed.

It's good if you need a really basic break down of what everything is though. |

It is basic I know that but you can ask the webmaster for things that you need more help in. She helped me figure out how to customize one of my blogs from pMachine |

				| It does seem kind of basic. Almost too basic. It is nice she provides personal help, but I wonder how much time she can spend doing it. |

				| It's very basic knowledge, but it's really helpful. That's a great site, thanks for the link, both of them. I'm going to pass these ones on to my little sister, she wants to learn more. |

I would hope that most people here would have grasped HTML some time ago!

It's very hard to learn a server side language if you don't know the concepts of client side languages like HTML and basic javascript.

Does anyone here NOT know HTML? |

				| I know HTML, and have found www.w3schools.com very helpful and a book, "How to do everything with HTML and XHTML". It really got me started in web design and did a little more than what the title says, it even teaches a little Javascript. |

				| W3schools is a great place to pick up a language. I learn CSS, html, javascript, and vb at w3schools. Make sure to try the examples too. It easier to learn that way. |
