Any suggestion for retrieving a lost db password? I think I made a typo when setting up the database or recorded it wrong. I do not have control over the database server as it is part of my shared hosting account. Is there any way to get access to the database or reset the password? |

Sorry, I guess I am so used to using the same thing I get confused. The lost password is on mysql and phpmyadmin is the database interface with cpanel. |

Can't you just create a new mysql user if worse came to worse? |

You can? I ended up wiping the database and redoing it. How can you reset it? I was not able to find it. although with all the different looks cpanel has it is hard to find stuff some times. |
